Certain types of development proposals have the capacity to impact upon the local water environment and as such a Drainage Assessment or Flood Risk Assessment will be required.  The requirement for this type of survey/report is laid out in planning policy and we can advise on the best way to adequately address flood risk and drainage issues within a submission.
